Shale gas produced water treatment

The shale gas extraction activity, which uses the fracking extraction method, produces wastewater that returns to the surface and must be treated to eliminate the debris it brings with it. Shale gas produced water treatment is necessary to reuse water because fracking fluid combines water with mixes of chemicals.

The Water Wall® technology allows one to recover water from the Fracking Fluids produced by the Shale Gas extraction activities. After Shale gas produced water treatment with our process, the production water from shale gas can be reused in agriculture. This significantly reduces the environmental impact of shale gas extraction and the disposal costs of polluted water.
